Time Sensitive Notice re: Miami-Dade Online Case Search

Attention All Registered Users of the Miami-Dade Clerk of the Courts Online Case Search website. The Clerk has issued notice that requires action by June 1, 2015.

The Miami-Dade Clerk of Courts will soon greatly expand Internet Public Access in accordance with the provisions of the Florida Supreme Court Administrative Order AOSC 14-19. This Administrative Order sets standards for access to electronic court records and requires that all registered users with the Miami-Dade Clerk of the Courts Online Case Search website for Family, Probate or Civil Courts submit a notarized Attorney Odyssey Online Access form to ensure identity. This action MUST BE COMPLETED before June 1, 2015 in order to ensure that you can continue to access your cases over the Internet without interruption.

Follow the instructions on the Attorney Odyssey Online Access form to avoid delays in processing. The form must be printed, notarized and mailed to the address located on the form.
Targeted to be released on June 9, 2015, the “Attorney Search (Odyssey)” link will be replaced by the Clerk’s Standard and Advanced Search Web applications. Visit www.miami-dadeclerk.com for more information.

If you are a current Premier Services user as well as a user of the “Attorney Search (Odyssey)” link, then on June 9th, your Premier Services userID and password will be retained and your “Attorney
Search (Odyssey) userID and password will be disabled. All rights currently assigned to your “Attorney Search (Odyssey) account will be migrated to your Premier Services account.
