The Division of Corporations will be closed on Thursday, December 25th; Friday, December 26th; and Thursday, January 1st.

SUNBIZ ACCESS AND FILING NOTICE:

To prepare for the 2015 filing season, the electronic filing of Annual Reports, Reinstatements, and Fictitious Name Renewals will be unavailable from 5 pm, December 24, 2014, until 8 am, January 2, 2015.

Online certifications will be unavailable from 5 pm, January 2, 2015, until midnight, January 3, 2015.

All other electronic filing services will be unavailable from 5 pm, December 31, 2014, until 8 am, January 2, 2015. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Note: I’m also hearing from other paralegals that they are having problems even doing regular entity searches as the website is being glitchy and unresponsive.
