North Palm Beach Trust and Estates firm is looking for the right person to be receptionist/administrative assistant. The best candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, great typing and filing skills. A sense of humor can be helpful.

When our clients hire us, they are having difficult conversations surrounding incapacity and death. This position requires the right combination of patience, empathy, experience and skill. We are looking for a self-starter who can think and work proactively and someone who enjoys continuous learning and professional development. You will need to be creative, organized and efficient to do your job well. We have many different clients from many different walks of life and you should be comfortable communicating regularly with clients, family members, and other professionals from our front desk.
