Important Notice re Miami-Dade Recorder “Will Call”

Effective March 16, 2015 the Miami-Dade Recorders WILL CALL area will cease. If you wish to come in person or send something by mail, you must provide a self-addressed stamped envelope.

The Clerk encourages you to eRecord your documents. We have utilized our resources to have a 24-hour turn around for those documents. They can be re-submitted free of charge if problems arise with the document. Because they are returned electronically, it enables you to resolve problems quicker.
