From Palm Beach Clerk: Notice of Unavailable Online Services due to System Change

Starting Thursday, January 14, services will be unavailable as civil cases move to new system

Online services unavailable Thursday, January 14, at 5 p.m. until Tuesday, January 19, at 8 a.m.:
• Court records searches and dockets (includes all data and images for civil, criminal and traffic cases)
• Traffic citation payments
• Scheduling of traffic hearings
• Clerk Cart reports
• Official Records FTP service

Note: The Clerk’s office will not begin processing electronic documents submitted during this time until Tuesday, January 19.

On Friday, January 15, only the Clerk’s offices in West Palm Beach and Belle Glade will be open to the public for limited services. Access to all civil, criminal and traffic court case data and document images will be unavailable, and significantly longer than usual wait times are expected.

Normal operations will resume January 19. We appreciate your patience.
