From NNA: Florida Law Change re Notary

A new law and regulatory amendment could impact you. Senate Bill 112 changed the election ballot term “absentee” to “vote by mail.” With elections coming up soon, it’s important to remember that you may not charge a fee to notarize these ballots. 
Minor technical changes and clarifications were made to an administrative rule about Notary electronic signatures, if you perform eNotarizations.
