This month’s presenter is Todd C. Richardson, Attorney, is a retired Professor of Paralegal Studies at Daytona State College, and currently teaches as an adjunct professor in the Business Law Department of Stetson University, DeLand, Florida. Todd formerly served as a central staff attorney at the Florida Fifth District Court of Appeal for 24 years and taught as an adjunct professor in the Legal Studies Department of the University of Central Florida, and at Florida Coastal School of Law. Todd is a member of the Florida Bar, past-president of the Volusia County Bar Association, former member of the Dunn-Blount Inns of Court and past-president of the Rotary Club of Daytona Beach.
