A few days ago I sent out some information about my new resume bank. I’ve decided that my original setup kind of went against my policy that my users – YOU – would never ever have to pay to use this site. SO – I am still offering the resume bank, but at absolutely positively NO cost – thats right – 100% free.
The LPR Resume Bank is a tri-county service (Dade, Broward, Palm Beach) which allows job seekers to make their resume and other information available to employers. You can include any documents you would like the potential employer to see, including resume, cover letter, letters of recommendation, etc. Remember, you should remove any information that you do not want potential employers to see.
Resumes will be made available to registered recruiters and employers who are looking to fill open positions. Additionally, they will be notified via e-mail when your resume has been posted to the LPR Resume Bank. Whether you are currently unemployed or simply exporing your options, this is a great way to let employers come to you.
In order to keep resumes fresh and up to date, resumes will be removed after 45 days. You will be notified by e-mail when your posting expires so that you may choose to re-submit your information.
This service is available to any level of legal support staff (file clerks, office services, receptionists, secretaries, paralegals, etc) of all experience levels who are looking for temporary or permanent, full time or part time work in Dade, Broward or Palm Beach Counties.
To post your resume to the LPR Resume Bank, please send your resume along with any supporting documents you would like to include to: LPRResumeBank@miamifrp.com. All documents will be posted in PDF format, I will convert them for you if necessary. You may choose to include a cover letter which explains more about you and what you are looking for (especially if you are willing to take an entry level position to get your foot in the door or are making a career change).
