Job Opening: Experienced Insurance Defense Litigation Assistant – Davie, FL
We are a busy Davie insurance defense firm looking to hire an experienced litigation assistant. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of Florida insurance defense experience, preferably in automobile insurance defense. This is not an entry-level position – we are looking to hire a hard working, organized, self-motivated, dependable team player that can hit the ground running! A large part of the job is follow-up, so being organized and responsible is critical. The candidate should be ready for a fast paced, but friendly environment. Must have complete knowledge of the Florida civil court e-filing system and know how to respond to discovery, schedule CMEs, and set hearings in various counties throughout Florida.
