- 5+ years of Prior experience assisting C Level Executives
- General office administrative duties
- Candidate must be extremely detailed orientated
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Candidate will be proficient in MS Office Suite
- Must be able to multi-task and work at a fast pace.
- Candidate must be a team player and have a pleasant attitude.
- The office manager must be able to run the facilities management for the office.
- Answering phones
- Must be a problem solver.
- Candidate must have a 4 year College Degree
