New York Corporation with offices in Palm Beach seeks an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to  CEO and General Counsel.

Responsibilities include:

  • 5+ years of Prior experience assisting C Level Executives
  • General office administrative duties
  • Candidate must be extremely detailed orientated
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Candidate will be proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Must be able to multi-task and work at a fast pace.
  • Candidate must be a team player and have a pleasant attitude.
  • The office manager must be able to run the facilities management for the office.
  • Answering phones
  • Must be a problem solver.
  • Candidate must have a 4 year College Degree
