As of the close of business on February 27, 2015, Bank of America, N.A.’s Legal Order Processing – Subpoena and Summons Department located in Utica, New York, is centralizing its intake process to the Bank of America, N.A. Legal Order Processing Department located in Newark. Delaware.

This will affect the following states: District of Colombia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana Massachusetts, Maine, Michigan, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

Effective Saturday, February 28, 2015, do NOT direct legal process for Subpoenas/Summons to the Legal Order Processing unit located at 5701 HORATIO ST, UTICA, NY 13502-1024.

Instead, if you serve by Certified Mail or other forms of courier delivery, please use the addresses listed below. Otherwise, follow your usual methods for service of subpoenas and summons or other third-party requests.
